Options under both the Plans

Growth
This option is suitable for investors who are not looking for regular income. If Units under this option are redeemed after they have been held as a capital asset for a period of at least one year from the date of acquisition, Unitholders will get the benefit of the long-term capital gains tax.

Dividend
This option is suitable for investors seeking income through dividend declared by the Scheme Reinvestment facility is also available

Dividend Frequency

Under this Option, the Fund will endeavour to declare dividends on a quarterly (March, June, September & December), half yearly (March & September) and annual basis (March).

Purchase
Cheque to be drawn on

SCASBF - Plan A / B " crossed "A/c payee only" and payable locally at centers where CAMS ISCs and SCMF offices are present.

Cut-off time for purchase

An application will be considered accepted subject to it being complete in all respects and received for subscription prior to 3:00 pm on that business day and submitted at the official points of acceptance of transactions. For details please refer to the Key Information Memorandum (KIM) or the website at www.standardcharteredmf.com

Demand drafts

Investor with cheques payable from all non CAMS ISC / SCMF offices locations have to bear demand draft charges.

Systematic Investment Plan

Rs.500 & in multiples of Rs.1 and minimum of 6 monthly post dated cheques / 4 quarterly post dated cheques dated 10th of each month / quarter.

Cut off time for redemptions and Redemption turn around time

In cities where official points of transaction are located
The mutual fund will endeavor to send the redemption proceeds to investors who submit completed redemption requests at the official points of transaction of the AMC/CAMS, the very next business day (i.e on T +1 basis).

Redemption proceeds may be paid in the form of a cheque or a Direct credit (for investors having bank accounts with banks with whom the fund has a direct credit arrangement) subject to submitting the request by 3.00 pm at the official point of acceptance of transactions.

Redemption cheques will be ready for pick up at the official points of acceptance of transactions and in case investors are unable to collect the cheque the same day the cheque will be couriered to the address mentioned in the account statement.

In other cities where official points of acceptance of transactions are not located
In cities where the official points of transaction of the AMC/CAMS are not located the cut-off time is 3:00 pm. The mutual fund will endeavor to courier the redemption cheque from CAMS, Chennai the very next business day.

As per regulation in any case the redemption proceeds will be paid within 10 business days from the date of acceptance of the request.
