The procedure is simple. Your account statement has a perforated transaction form at the end. Just submit your completed transaction form within the transacted time for the scheme that you are invested in at the nearest Official Points of transaction.
Alternatively, you can use the Transaction Form (soft copy provided below). You can also use this Transaction Form to switch investments into any other scheme of Standard Chartered Mutual Fund or to change your address or Bank account number.
