Phone Transact allows you to redeem or switch between schemes/plans through just a call and if you have a bank account in any of the 14 banks* ( Standard Chartered Bank , HDFC Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, HSBC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Indusind Bank, Yes Bank, Centurian Bank Of Punjab, Societe Generale) that we currently have arrangements with then your redemption proceeds are directly credited into your bank account.

What can you do through Phone Transact?

Phone transact allows you to handle your investments with the least of fuss.

  1. Check balances and get your account statement
  2. Get your queries answered and
  3. Redeem or Switch between Standard Chartered Mutual Fund schemes

You don't have to remember any personal identification numbers and what's more your calls are answered by well trained investor service executives.

Phone transact is backed by a host of security features to ensure that there are no fraudulent encashment. Features like voice recording, return calls and verification of information already submitted to us at the time of applying ensure the genuineness of the transaction.

What do you need to?

Individual account holders (including joint account holders on Anyone or Survivor basis) have to do nothing.

An investor invested in the fund can access Phone transact. Non-individual account holders including joint account holders (even on 'either/ survivor' basis) have to sign an agreement and you are on to use this facility.

YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS OR BANK MANDATE AND ALSO REDEEM

If you are desirous of changing the bank mandate or need to change your address whilst redeeming, then you would need to submit a hard copy of your redemption request. For this you can either use the compact transaction slip provided at the end of your account statement. Or you can use a Transaction Slip.
